No refund after a month.

Bought a few items online from Duesouth 23/04/2019, after waiting three weeks for my order to arrive, 13/05/2019 i called the TFG call centre and asked for the order to be cancelled. I was notified that this had been done and that a refund has been done. Today, 05/06/2019 still haven't recieved refund or any correspondence regarding the refund.
