Going the extra mile

I purchased a fitness watch from the newly opened Due South at Cape Gate (Sales person: Manroe), within a few a weeks the strap got a slight crack. I walked passed the shop and he said hello and asked how the fitness journey was going. I told him briefly and he noticed my strap had a slight crack and suggested I bring it is so he could enquire. I took in the watch at a later date and I was kept informed on what the developments were. When the watch returned we noted another problem he took it in again and speedily returned it good as new with new straps. Thank you for the great service its greatly appreciated.
