False Advertising

This happened to me at two different Duesouth stores. I was willing to pay alot for a running shoe (Salomons to be exact). Both times and two different occassions, I wanted to buy it for the price which it was clearly tagged with. The sales person claimed that the price tag was not the price of the shoe, but that they have made a mistake. Now keeping in mind that this has happened once already. I was not willing to let go of this offer because it was slightly cheaper on the tag than what they claimed it was. It was about 200 bucks cheaper on the price tag. So knowing that it should have been given to me for that price, I insisted, but the sales persons decided to not give it to me and started being slightly rude. This is unacceptable, the price tag was clearly stating the item with it's name and bar code on the shelf. Inside of the shoe had the same price. I can't help the fact that they were to lazy to change the tags, but it's about principle, you should give it to the customer automatically for that price and not argue. It's considered false advertising. I decided to let it go. The other day, I wanted to buy a cap, clearly indicated as N$199 on the cap and shelf. No barcode.
