Excellent customer service

I am very pleased to draw attention to this store.More importantly the 2 staff members,Manager Mpho and Assistant Ntokozo Floyd.<br> <br> While searching for the best fitness tracker,I walked into Due South expecting to be disappointed after every other store in the mall had a lack of knowledge on their product.<br> I was most pleasantly surprised the the manager provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable,showing me various devices including one new on the market.<br> I returned to the store about a month later to purchase the new device,and was greeted by the very helpful assistant, Mr Ntokozo,who tolerated my indecision with a pleasant smile and continued to assist me.<br> <br> I have taken the time out to acknowledge this exceptional service which needs to be awarded,as it is very hard to come by in many or most stores countrywide.<br> <br> Well done guys...keep smiling :)
