DUE SOUTH RICHARDS BAY, GREAT SERVICE

I went to Due South on Saturday to return a damaged item ( Richards Bay). The staff members on duty (I did not get their names unfortunately) were so super friendly, and super efficient. One even went the extra mile of contacting the GateWay branch in order to ascertain whether the same item could be held for me, until I could get there this coming Saturday. This type of service is so rare and will definitely make me a loyal customer at Due South!!! WELL DONE. Management needs to commend you and perhaps give you a performance award for being so great!!
