COMPLAINT
Good evening,
I am from mall of africa due south. Wanted to buy a t-shirt fron the store. I loved it and all of the t's were priced R149.99. At the tillpoint they scanned it and the price was different and more than R149.99. I asked them i want it with the price i saw it with but they refused,telling me i must come tomorrow morning to buy it as they dont want to lose their job because of this. Why myst i go tomorrow to buy it?what is the difference?How can it be my fault that the prices would differ? I am very dissapointed and i will definately cancel my account with duesouth because of the treatment i got. I am so not happy with all of this. Why put a price up and refuse to give the customer with the price they saw? Im definately very UNHAPPY
