best service by far

<p>I went to shop at Duesouth Canal Walk. I've asked a lady to assist me with running watches. (As for i've been told that they know there products) she than me that some other staff member will help me. i than waited for 10min and walked off. Went to Paarl Mall the following day. While at Cape-Union Mart, i asked for assistance and i was helped on the spot. Only problem was that they dont have te colour i was looking for. I than took a walk to the Duesouth store that wasn't very far from Cape-Union Mart. as i walked in, i was greeted by a lovely girl by the door. I than asked her to help with running watches. She than explained to m she was new, but will call her mnager. Manager came over immediatly. I explained to what happened at the Canal Walk branch, he than apologised on their behalf. took me to his watches, and i ended up buying two Garmin FR25 and a Polar A360. He gave me splinded service. But what actually shocked me the most, was that he looks very young. So well done on empowering the young.</p>
