Received THE best service from Caroline at Due South Loch Logan in Bloemfontein. I bought a luggage scale some time ago, which ended up not working. I lost the slip. And despite not having a slip, and the purchase being older than 30 days, she went out of her way to print a store copy slip, and exchanging the product for me.
