Bad service Cape Gate

I went to the store on Sunday the 6th of November 2016 to take in the fitbit I bought for R3000 from them on the 21st of August 2016. The rubber band is lifting, so I was expecting a swop as this was not even 3 months old. First the supervisor is not in the shop, he left two trainees in the shop. After they got hold of him he returned to the shop. He explained to me that I have to take the fitbit to Tygervalley, because they are too new and do not have that part of their system working yet. I asked for the reps nr and the supervisor told one of the trainees to get the number. After that I was informed that they got the number, but cannot give it out. After telling the supervisor I will send a review to hello peter, he promised to talk to the rep and phone me on the Monday the 7th of November 2016. I still have not heard anything. To me this is the most shocking service ever. Now I am stuck with a fitbit that has a wristband thats lifting and don't know where to go.

Good day Marius
