Unreasonable - Clearly not interested in the welfare of regular South Africans!!!!

I made sure to review all the material and videos they sent me about their "income stream," only to realize that it involves hard selling, which I am not comfortable with. Since I work from home, I do not have the opportunity to go out and sell for their company. I promptly canceled my subscription within 24 hours, yet they are refusing to refund the subscription amount, claiming that the debit order was already processed before they received my email. It's worth noting that their website clearly states that they are closed on Saturdays, so how was a debit order processed on a Saturday morning by 11 am?
