This morning I made use of one of Duepoint's daily benefits, viz Medicall, so i just wanted to share the positive experience that I had when I used this service earlier today. I wasn't feeling well and made use of Medicall. The Healthcare professional was able to assist, reassure and advise me, and even identify the cause of my symptoms. She's also going to share some additional information with me via WhatsApp and will call me back on Thursday. All of this was done from the comfort of my home at no additional cost.
