Duepoint refusing to pay death claim for over a year now!!!!

Duepoint is refusing to pay a claim thar was submitted a year ago abd they are giving no reason. All documents were submitted including blood samples they requested but to date no payment has been receivef. Very disappiinted with this conpany's dishonesty. I read reviews I am not the only person not paid. Duepoint please pay!!!!!
