Sold a two-way radio in a broken box now it's faulty

<p style="color: #555555;">December I bought a zartek com8 dual 2 way radio pack the box was damaged but the promised me it was 100% working now I want to use it and the one radio is dead. Now when I needed it for the weekend I have to send it in for a repair this is unacceptable it should be replaced and the excuse is that the employee that sold it to me was a temp.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">This is very bad service.</p>
