Branding name of inferior qaulity

<p>My name is Padmani Naicker I live in Richards Bay.</p> <p><br />On the 12/12/2016 I had purchased two handbags and a wallet from one of Boardwalks Store named DUESOUTH ESCAPES.,one handbag had been a Christmas gift for my sister and the other was for myself.</p> <p><br />I had been unable to use the handbag which I purchased for myself as I did not want my sister to know that I had gotten her the handbag from the above store has her Christmas gift.</p> <p><br />I waited till after I had given my sister her Christmas gift on Christmas day then I used my handbag on the 26/12/2016 to town.</p> <p><br />We were in town at 8:30am as we sat at spur to have breakfast I noticed the handbag had taken color off my ****** Marry jeans, we had breakfast and then I went straight to the store mentioned above.</p> <p><br />I approached the lady working on the shop floor, I said to her I used the handbag for the first time today and half an hour ago I noticed color from my jeans onto the handbag.</p> <p><br />her response was if I carried a white handbag with a red top the color will also pass onto the handbag.<br />I am not pleased at all with that response the handbag upon purchase did not state only use with selective clothing and color , the handbag cost R499.00 less a discount R399.20.</p> <p><br />kindly assist has the company say that its not the quality of the handbag but my clothing I have had that pair of jeans for almost two years now how is it that I am towalk around with a handbag that cost R400.00 but looks like i had purchased it from a chinese shop.</p> <p><br />Am I only to carry that cream handbag using my underwear and bra cause surly I wont be able to use clothing when carrying it has any of my clothering could cause color to stain the handbag.</p> <p><br />Name brand item should not be of inferior quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted there headoffice they response had also been that they will not credit the handbag has its not the quality of the handbag but my jeans.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today dated the 18.01.2017 i received a call from the store area manager name Logan Naidoo he to has advised me that the store will not credit the handbag has its once again not the handbag qaulity but my pair of jeans.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had advised Mr Logan Naidoo he can keep the handbag and they can use the handbag and find out what color clothes they can and cannot use has i am not a woman that carries a different handbag with every different color clothering i have.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due South branding has just proven that they stanarded of quality is something else.</p> <p>I will not be allowed to carry a handbag that in less than a week will have all the colors of the rainbow on it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had my account with the Foshini Group going 10 years now first store to join in to have given me the worst service in all my years dealing with the trading group.</p> <p> </p> <p>DueSouth Escape store manager and staff from my side need training on customer service from the first day i stepped into that store regarding my findings they have been of no help , the store manager herself had made me stand for half an hour while she typed away on her computer and handed the register to her staff member to sign in its a joke thats what it is with the service from this store, has if i didnt have a job to do,keep in mind this was at 09:00 no other customer but myself in the morning and i had advised i was going to be there to hand in the handbag.</p> <p><br />cell number ********** </p> <p><br />My phone rejects private numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>kind Regards<br />Padmani Niacker</p>
