Bad service and false advertising

Fail to deliver on online sales. False advertising and not willing to correct their own problem they caused.

Purchased luggage online special, payment went through and invoice with delivery date sent to me. Only receive an email stating it was a glitch. No stock available after a week of my payment. These people are a **** and will recommend them.

When a company fails to deliver it's not the customers problem especially after receiving payment. Highly disappointed in the brand and company.

Would rather support takealot.
