Due Season Property Group

WARNING TO ALL: Due Season Property Group and the Owner Chris Breet is the Worst Property Agents we have ever delt with. Chris is a Con Artists and a **** who will try and ***** your Money for any reason whatsoever. He will try his utmost to find reasons to charge you for anything that might go wrong. He doesn't communicate your concerns to the owners of the property you renting...when things do go wrong or the house needs maintenance. which is part of owner responsibility, He is abrupt and rude when he does email you or addresses you.

The owners sold our house so we had to move.. We then arranged our deposit back before we moved out as We were on a Monthly basis since June 2019 when our lease expired. By this time it was around August or so. We found a place but ended up loosing it as we needed our deposit back by a certain date from Chris who paid it late. Even after the owners instructed him to pay us by our requested date...We then found another home which was available sooner. So we gave our DUE NOTICE which worked out to us moving out on the17th Nov... so we paid pro rata for those days into Nov we would stay.

A week later Chris started sending us letters demanding monies for the days after the 17th. Note we were out on the 17th.

Then the day we moved out the pipe under the sink that feeds a washing machine was leaking. Myself, Workers and family tried everything to stop. We turned all taps off inside and out. We even closed the mains outside yet the leak would not stop. We informed Chris on the day and now we are receiving emails that he is charging us for so called water damage to the kitchen cupborad as he falsely claims we left taps on.

We tried reasoning with him. But he will do whatever to snake you out of your money.
