Bad service and a horrible attitude by the owner.

This has been written by my wife. This is something I have to share with anyone and everyone who ever approached Dudleys jewellers for any service or repairs to their jewelry. I had the most unsatisfactory and disgraceful service rendered. On Saturday I booked in my gold wedding chain to be fixed. The store called me on Monday to say my chain is ready. My husband goes to pick it up on Tuesday. Only on Wednesday night I open the chain from its plastic bag and see that it's broken again. And a piece of untidy wire of some sort trying to hold the chain together. I called the store this morning and asked that I plz get a refund as the chain is not fixed and that my husband will bring the chain to show them and collect my refund. The lady at the store said no problem. So my husband goes there today only to be shouted and sworn at by the owner Dudley and he pushed my husband out of his store shouting at him and saying that he did fix the chain and we are lying coz we broke it again and now want a refund. So I called the store again and spoke to Dudley only to have him tell me again that the chain was fixed and we broke it again and there's no refund. Then he just left the phone aside while I'm still talking. Just wanted to let everyone know about the pathetic service and attitude of Dudleys jewellers. Please do not ever take any of ur jewelry to them or support them in any way as you will only be very disappointed and treated as if you're an animal. It costs absolutely nothing to be a decent human being. I hope my R150 made Dudley a much richer person. Thanks guys. Plz share to let others know.
