Most useless venue ever!!

The worst wedding venue ever. We paid for a "exclusive venue" as per the manager's mouth. As far as that says it means the whole of the place is your for the day, but no, he had an additional venue and people were moving up and down through our wedding chapel. His response was we dont know what the word exclusive mean. How do you even tell youre customers that?? Then he said the people arrived unanouched, which we told him that nobody should enter the venue. He even showed other customers the honeymoon sweet whilest my bride at the time waa dressing with the brides ****es. Then when we confronted him about it he refused to say anything about it. Afterwards my father said he was in the line later the night when dinner was served he was casually fetching himself a plate of food, and we didnt even cater for him. The next morning we didnt even get a breakfast and there was a problem with us staying in late the morning. In what venue is there a problem with the newly married couple staying in late?? Please dont go and waste youre money at this useless place.
