Duck Loft Ballito, huge disappointment!

Duck Loft have beautiful images of their accommodation, which is deceiving. My client got there to a horrific looking pool and unprofessional hosting

Partnered up with the worst booking system of Airbnb. There processes are not user friendly, agents can not book on behalf of the client, they want selfies and passports to validate a person. From booking process to service agents a very useless experience
