Treatment of customers was **********

I am a local to Seapoint and have been to the Duchess of Wisbeach a few times. I once celebrated one of my birthdays there, I hosted at least 30 people reserving a section of the restaurant. Nevertheless, last night I received bad treatment from the bar tender. I ordered a glass of wine off the menu at the bar and the bar tender said it costed more than was on the menu. After showing him the price on the menu he proceeded to rip the menu up. He overheard me complaining to a friend and he began shouting at me that he owned the restaurant. I apologized in order to prevent the situation from escalating. It was a weird and unpleasant situation. I will never go back to the Duchess and I will discourage others from going too.
