Birthday Evening spoiled

2 weeks ahead of my B-Day I personally walked in at the DoW to make an Agreement with the Manager re: bringing about 20 People into the Restaurant for Drinks & Snacks. Agreed was that I do get space in their private room to welcome my Friends with my own Bubbly (1 glass/head) and after we do have that area for Snacks/Drinks. We did not want to have a formal table. All was 100% confirmed by the Manager for the 8.8. @20pm - DoW's menue was passed on to me to advertise this invite formally. My Name was put down in his Reservation book.<br> <br> 1 day before my B-Day (7.8.) I passed by the DoW - as I haven't heart from them anymore, just to make double-sure that all will be set-up for the next day.<br> <br> The Manager's short reaction was:<br> The Restaurant is fully booked for that date, he is \sorry"- but if we do agree to buy enough Bubbly for all my 20 guests from him directly he will make it possible to give us a formal table in the Corner"
