Helpless Lawyers

my brother got into a car accident in 2010 and was badly injured,to cut the story short my mother went to Dude Lawyers to assist with road accident fund,we got the worst service from them no communication at all,after 9 years the money got paid but the sad thing is that he got the money from raf in July and my mother has not even received a cent from it,he is taking her from pillar to post and does't want to pay.My brothers eye sight got affected during the accident and he is currently attending public school an has been struggling my mother is a single parent and needs this money to take care of my brother she has been so sick lately because of this if any one can help please...
