unhappy customer

This company doesnt comply with their own policy. Ive ordered a R899 perfume and recieved it broken.The cap broke off and all the perfumed leaked out in the bag. I have whatsapped,emailed,phoned, absolutely no response,left a msg on their website. Howz that for customer service. All I want is a response on my msgs. In saying that I will never make use of this company again.
