I got ****med

I purchased a fragrance for my mother, which I really liked, only to get sent a completely different fragrance worth 2 times less than the price of the one that I bought. I contacted them via cellphone and they told me they would get back to me. However, they never did. So I phoned again and again but it went to voicemail. I tried contacting them through the website and WhatsApp but no reply. So I basically got ****med. As a fragrance collector, I am massively p*ssed off and dissapointed. I recommend you stick you to rio perfumes which is far more reliable.
