NEVER ORDER PATRONS

Terrible service!! I ordered and already PAID my patron in full on the 18th of July, i was told i can collect it the following wednesday or thursday (22/23 July), when the time came that i had to collect i was told they still don't have it, it will be there by Friday (24 July), on Friday i was told it will be there Monday (27 July), On Monday i was told it will arrive that afternoon or on Tuesday, now they phone me saying it will only be there Thursday (31 July), so instead of giving me the accurate lead time as to when i can collect my patron i am being given excuses the whole time!! I have been patient but this is unacceptable, before iborder i asked if you are sure of arrival time because i need the patron for orders that i have and i was assured it will not take longer than 3 - 5 days its now been 10 days? The rest of your staff are always helpfull in assisting me with getting my material especially Kevin who is always there to give me a hand, i appreciate the effort he puts into his work and always friendly, but this is not acceptable. Please sort out this issue and give the correct information and lead times.
