Bad customer service

<p>My mother has been buying material from the Dubai Centre in the East Rand for years. She has made numerous blouses and dresses from their products. A couple of months ago she bought matreial for a dress again. The first time she washed the dress it shrank so much that she could not wear it again. She complained to the person in charge of the fabrics and he gave her enough fabric for two dresses. Recently she made another dress from fabric from the shop. After wearing it three times the pattern has washed out.</p> <p>When she complained to the same person he looked at her and walked away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today she went back, complained to the owner and he offerred her a discount on the material she buys.</p> <p> </p> <p>She chose the same material she used for another dress that she made but shrank by 50 centimetres when she washed it before she made the dress. She did not even mention this to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>However when she asked for the new material for free she was told not to ever buy there again.</p> <p> </p> <p>This after she made more than 20 pieces of clothing and have supported the shop for years, even suggested some fabrics to her friends.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
