To Cut A Long Story Short Since The First Booking In March The Computer Has Now Been Sent Back Twice Afterwards, As It Has Come Back With Missing Drive, Missing Programs, Brocken Buttons, Keys Placed In Different Spots, Finger Spots On The Computer Screen, Hardware Not Been About To Run Because Of Drives Not Been Compatible, The Bio Message Keeps On Popping Up Again, A Lot Of The Programs On The Menu Won’t Work Which Were Working After Sending It Back The Second Time. My Bluetooth Is Now Missing Completely, Can’t Connect To Skype Etc!!! I’m Furious And Angry. I Have Told Them I Don’t Want The Computer Back. I Want I Full Refund Of My Money Including My Extended Guarantee As If They Are To Replace The Computer I’m Quiet Shall It Would Be A Refurbished One And If I Buy Another One From Them In Going To Have Exactly The Same Problem If It Goes On The Blink.
