Shocking Motorcycle Rental Service

<p>We had someone down from France who needed a offroad rental bike, so I asked around and was given the name of Dualsport Adventures and Rentals.</p> <p>When renting a motorcycle, one can understand there being a holding deposit of R25,000.00. When one takes the bike, the owner does a check over, doesnt give you a copy of the form with damages, but you have faith being an honest individual and being a foreigner and not accustomed to being **********, it doesnt go down well when 1) you are accused of damages they did not incure on the bike, after openly admitting damages they did do and are willing to pay for these, 2) you have 5 other riders as witnesses from the start who noticed the motorcycle having being damaged due to the way the rider had to ride, 3) over two weeks later you are being ignored and your deposit is still not paid back, 4) you are being held accountable for damages you did not make.</p> <p> </p> <p>Besides all of the above, NONE of the holding deposit has been payed back and no reply to emails!</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want a honest motorcycle rental company dont use Dualsport Adventures and Rentals in Cape Town - rather go somewhere else!</p> <p> </p> <p>We would appreciate this matter be finalised else we have no option but to carry on with legal proceedings as mentioned - which we will pursue. We have given you plenty of time, emails, phone calls and whatsapp messages to sort this matter out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Personally we have rented from other Motorcycle Rental companies before who were an absolute pleasure to deal with and who were honest! - take note of who you use future customers!</p> <p> </p> <p>Service that has left a bad taste in ALL our mouthes and being in the industry - news travels fast!</p>
