Terrible services

<p>They do not know their schedule and therefore over book their weekend photo shoots. Then they did not call me back to fetcg my photos. After 3 months I called them and thwy do not remember me or find my profile. After an hour of waiting they give me my photos without editing the one pic I paid extra for ... they acknowledge their fault but do not want to print the pic anymore but email it. I paid extra for the watermark and printing of the pic. Disappointing shame!!!! After telling them I want my pic like the way we had aggreed they thendecide to give me my money back. But do not want to fix their mistake.</p>
