terrible customer service

i bought pictures after a photo shoot at dualreflexion and i had to put down a deposit of R400.00, i later decided to buy individuals pictures which sells at R110 each instead of the whole set and they refuse to sell me those pictures, they are refusing to give me my money back. all i want is my pictures since they already have the money in their account.
