Query on a photo shoot invoice

I am so F*en angry about the bad service I received at Dual reflection photo shoot company, I have received a confirmation that my name has been nominated by my sister for photo shoot and I contacted their office, the consultant confirmed that I need to pay R 100.00 non refundable for the shoot however should I come with additional person then I need to pay another R 100.00 for that particular person< which I have paid them R 300.00 for my husband and daughter< after the sessions I was just told that I need to pay R 1900.00 for all photos each per person and there is no 2 free photos as stipulated on their contract ,I told the consultant that she did not fully advised me of the whole package issue ,I have told her that I need 2 photos only that I will pay for and she refused saying that I need to take the whole package, she refused to refund me back, my sister was able to take 2 pictures there for free , I JUST WANT TO WARN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS PHOTO SHOOT COMPANY,THEY WILL GIVE U STRESS ,THEY HAVE THE INCOMPETED STAFF,WITH NO PRODUCT SKILLS AND NO COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
