POOR SERVICE LACK OF TIME MANAGEMENT

I am disappointed in the service that i have received from Dula Reflexion. I made a booking for 9am on a Sunday and when i got to their studios they told me that mt app was for 9:30 because 9am is full booked. So i asked them why they did not tell me that when i made the booking but no answer.<br> <br> Also assuming that my app is \9:30\" in ther books and you asked to get there 20Min before your shoot at 9am they should have started with my make up. they only starting my make up after 9:30 and to cut the long story short only started shooting after 10am.<br> <br> I was shooting with my children (1 year and 3 year old) by the time the shooting started they kids were exhausted and tired. HENCE I asked for 9am.n <br> <br> So the shoot was not great because the kids were uncooperative and it was extremely difficult to get proper shots. This is UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE MONEY THE SHOOT COST! <br> <br> I not impressed with their service at all and would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of time management is appalling to say the least. they book as many people AS possible compromising on QUALITY!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE<br> <br> PS.I have done 4 PHOTOSHOOTS BEFORE AND THEY WERE GREAT.<br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!"
