Lack of facilites

I visited the dual reflexion and the lack of facilities at their building spoiled my day.<br> <br> they do not have change facilities for babies as my child needed to change and I had to change her on the cold floor and the lady made me take the nappy which I disposed in the she bin (as there was no where else) out of the bin, exposing me to other used lady products to get the nappy out and dispose it in a service bin in which I had to walk for a bit to get to it. <br> I even spoke to the ladies there and they were not sympathetic or understanding quite frankly were irritated.<br> I was not happy with that
