Lack of delivery of photos

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 04th Oct 2016, we were scheduled for a photo shoot with the service provider. there was a promotion that was done. we were a family of 6 , two adults and 4 childern under the age of 12. we were promised to receive a call informing us that our editted 20 pictures both hard copies and soft copies will be ready for collection. the challenge started after we were done with the shoot, we were told that we needed to pay extra money which was not part of the deal or the promo, we were also told that the promo was for only one adult and one child which was not mentioned on the promo adn the promo was only saying it was for the family. bfore the shoot, i enquired telephonically and i was assured that my family of 6 will do the shoot based on the promo. well we paid the diffrence and settled the dispute with the manager who agrred that the service consultant was not clear about their promotion. i called them back several times to check how far they are with our pictures and to date we were told to wait for their call.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been two months and there is no response or feedback from the service provider regarding ourpictures.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assit to resolve this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Malebo ********** 826</p>
