Horrific Service

<p>I had a 10 am appointment , I have been waiting for 3 hours for my photo shoot. They let in someone that had a 11 appointment before me. When I raised this to them , they said sorry but would not let the people out of the shoot. It's clear they are friends. Sorry would not bring back my time slot or the fact that I had to wait even longer because some one was allowed to jump the queue. This was suppose to be a fun day but I regret coming here . It's a total waste of my time .</p>
