Dishonest Service

I went for a photoshoot in June and paid R1600. I was promised that my pictures would be ready after 3 weeks. When I went to collect my pictures after about 5 weeks they were still not ready. They promised to alert me via sms as soon as the pictures were ready. It's October now and they still have not contacted me. When I called the studio they promised to call me back and give me feedback but they haven't done that either. I am disappointed and I will never trust Dual Reflexion with my time and money ever again.
