Disappointing Wedding Photographer

My husband and I live in New York, and planned our wedding celebration in South Africa from afar. We did tons of research and finally chose out wedding photographer, based on website, numerous emails and skype calls. We had hoped to have found THE photographer for our wedding. Since we live so far away, there was no other way to establish if this would work or not. Day of the photo taking process was exhausting for many reasons, but okay! The post wedding was however less than satisfactory. It was incredibly hard to correspond with Du Wayne once we had returned to New York. We waited months to get our photos. Upon receipt, it was clear he had not edited them at all - there were 4 pics of his wife, the touch ups he promised were not done, in general the pics were not as stunning as I'd hoped them to be. These were sent to us on a zip drive, and not the thumb drive as outlined in our contract. It took many unanswered emails, and several phone calls to Du Wayne to finally have it sent to my sister, who informed me that it wasn't even packaged i.e. a regular drive, no wedding packaging! We are still waiting for our website, it's been 10 months. Don't use this guy, very underwhelming!
