False Advertising

Orinally my wife booked accommodation for a weekend. We were contacted by the owner and asked if we could assist him in moving to another accommodation further up the road as he received a group booking. Promises of good view of the river etc. A few days before our departure I enquired of the "new" accommodation address and was informed that his booking had not materialized and we were still at original accommodation. The website shows views of Berg River and surroundings but on our arrival this was not the case. We had a room at the back of the building with absolute NO views as advertised. I contacted the owner informing him of our dissatisfaction and said we could leave and was not in the mood to argue (he was the one doing all the arguing) During this discussion he did say he would refund our monies paid I later received a what's up indicating booking policy showing that no refund will take place. I sent the owner another message but did not respond
