Worst conveyancer in Johannesburg

<p>I had to cancel my deal and that was done a month ago. Conveyancer( Gerda) did not come back to me for refund my deposit and I thought there some process undertaking so I only contact my agent last week when can I get refund? My agent answered should be done ages ago.</p> <p>I emailed Gerda last week asking refund with all my baking details and no reply so I phoned her before yesterday and asking refund. She said I need to provide copy of ID and bank statement which I sent same day and asking refund with interest. She rep**** she can't get me interest because they did not put it in investment.</p> <p>Today all of sudden she said their account department refuse to pay because they can't verify I am an account holder. They have my ID copy and bank statement shows my name on it but they can't make a payment because their system can't veryfy.</p> <p>I wonder if they still keeping my money. If yes, why they need ID to make EFT? </p> <p>They do not perform as good as other conveyancer nor business firm. They are abosultly useless and their service is substandard and they mote care themselves than client</p>
