Incompetence - worst service ever

I purchased property in February and was advised that the lodging for the paperwork would be done in that very same month, I was called to go sign papers and did all of that and 6 months later I'm still being advised that they're waiting for rates by a lady that works at this firm which is shocking and the incompetence is frustrating. No feedback is ever provided to a paying client and I always have to do the follow up and told the same thing however shocking thing is that this is not the only firm that deals with this so why are you struggling. If you're unable to do the required work then give it to those who can. I followed up during the course of this week and still no feedback provided, I guess I'm paying for a service where the client is never updated and they need to guess and assume what's happening. If anyone is ever thinking of using this firm please don't you'll only get terrible, awful and disappointing service, please go where you'll be serviced as a paying client and will be made a priority as that's what customer service should be not the service that this firm provides they're not about customers service at all.
