Wrongfully bullying people into paying accounts not even on their name!!!

I was wrongfully held liable for a doctors account that was not paid by my ex girlfriend, even after telling them telephonically on numerous occasions that I am not liable for the accound, they persisted that I am liable and **** to me by telling me they have documentation that proves that I signed liability for the account. After insisting on them sending me the documentation where I signed liability for the account, which they said they would send me right away, which I never received by the way, because it does not exist, I phoned them back, to realize all my details have been wiped from their system and all of a sudden I am innocent. They are legal bullies, pushing people to pay accounts before getting all the facts straight. I was threatened to be put on ITC, but luckily I know my rights. They are ****y and arrogant and when showed that they were wrong, they dont even have the common decency to phone you back or email you back to apologize. They are utterly *********** and need to be taken to task for harrassment of peoples rights!
