UNPROFESSIONAL MODUS OPERANDI

I have settled an out of medical aid rate bill from a dentist way before DPP attorneys even contacted me. The amount was for R4700. They now suddenly claiming collection costs and interest. I have argued that they were never involved in the matter. I have also requested a detailed breakdown of the costs which they refuse to provide. So they subsequently listed me with the credit bureau for the entire amount as well. BUNCH OF ******!!
