Unfair listing

They put a default on my name without following the correct procedure.

Refer to NCA act 34 of 2005. I have phoned, emailed them but still insisting that they will only remove my name after the settlement of the account. 1.I have never received any written letters from them,when I told them that they then decided to say they sent it to to a wrong Adress while they have my address on their system and even confirmed that with their consultant Akhona..

After that they sent me an email dated 17 October 2018 informing me that they will put a default on my name, doing something that they were supposed to do before they put a default on my name.

After that I received an email from the supervisor with another letter now dated 20 August 2018 claiming that this is the letter that they sent to me with a wrong address and now she says the letter that was sent earlier on must be deemed as invalid.. Because she thinks I'm stupid. I am tired of emailing them with no help.
