Terrible & Pathetic Attitude

I was handed over for collection for a doctor's acc in the sum of R3000. I made an arrangement to pay after receiving an email from Du Plessis & Part. Unfortunately, my cell phone had fallen in water and i was without a fone for a while. I get an email on the 23rd June to advise that shud payment not be made i will be listed on ITC but should arrangements be made they will not. On the same day, I made an arrangement to pay the acc and advised that my phone had fell into water and I did not have their details as i was sent only an email. I find out now that they have listed me on ITC on the same day of the 23rd June even though i have sent an email making an arrangement. Dawida Goliath is the most unhelpful person and her attitude is pathetic!! She has no respect for others and even though i may owe the money i may be a client in future! They want to pass the buck to me that it was my fault they had listed me even though i had already made an arrangement. How can they state they will refrain from ITC if you make an arrangement yet on the same day they proceed with same! Dawida refused to assist and said there is nothing she can do! Pathetic ppl who dont know wat they do
