Money making attorneys

I'm now convinced that this company is a money making scheme. We requested for a statement from them to check how much is the balance but we didn't receive it, since we were just paying and not knowing how much is the balance is. And we were also told that if we didn't receive the statement they sent then, it's not their problem, there's no way they can send it again. According to their 1st statement they sent us we are done paying. But we were told that we are still owing them, yet when we request a statement they refuse to send it because they know that they've been robbing us in broad daylight. They take advantage because the person who is owing their client(Dr. NS Matlala) is a senior citizen and she doesn't know how to read.
