I received a call from this company stating I owed money to a doctor. I did not know the name of the doctor and enquired further. I then received an email with an invoice for X-rays which my son had and extended charges for the attorneys. I sent a reply email with evidence, that I have never received an invoice or a call from the practice to pay for the specific amount. After this, no reply or acknowledgment of receipt of my email was given. I sent the email once more. They proceeded to offer a threat to have this listed against my name as non-payment because I have not attempted to contact them for a payment arrangement. AGAIN I sent an email, asking for acknowledgment of receipt of my email containing the evidence and records. Today (18 March) I received an SMS message stating that this case has now been listed against my name, still, they have not rep**** to my email. Utterly pathetic service.
