ADVERSE LISTING TO BR REMOVED

I have an outstanding dentist account that was handed over to these attorneys which I paid of every month until 01/06/20 when I received and sms from VERENA from there office stating 'Mr Murray to remove the adverse listing on your name for .... kindly contact Verena on telephone or mail *** I then send her an email asking if I must stop paying but has never received any respond on this query and I stopped paying. I have been sending them emails to DENISE asking what this sms means - all I want is an answer why they send me this sms now they sent me a sms that a defalut has now been listed for non payment but I have still not received an answer from them regarding the first sms
