DISGUSTING

I visited the Caltex filling station at VW Oudtshoorn yesterday and was so disgusted in the way the manager talk to his staff, he was absolutely rude I was waiting to be served by the attendants when I heard he shout at the employee to "**** OFF" (but that was not all he said) I felt so embarrassed for this poor guy who stood there and let this man just throw his toys, that manager couldn't even care that his drive way was filled with customers. When the attendant came to serve me I asked him why this was happening and apparently that happen just about every single day. I just politely said to the attendant that I won't be making use of his service and left to make use of another garage. Horrific how some managers think they can just say what they want because they can and cause the paying that employee's salary. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
