Insurance claims

They were tasked to handel an insurance claim iro a motor car accident. We as the thirdparty got involved because the insured person drove into my stationary car. All nessesary documents were submitted as requested. Soon after more documents were requested snd a third time again. After a 30 day delay, they promised that the nessesary document have been forwarded to the insurance compony. A week went by without any action, I tried to contact them telephonacaly. After several attempts they only forwarded me a sms stating that they have forwarded the documents. They also refused to give me a contact number of the insurance compony. The insurance company eventually contact me, requesting the documents allready to du Plessis Brokers. They did not show any interest in trying to expedite the claim. I feel sorry for the insured person with future claims.
