No communication. Horrible service

Horrible how unprofessional the service is . Been emailing and sending whatsapps since June 2022 trying to book a stay. Been given the runaround since. Was told because of loadshedding their booking systems offline. Today 1 August I insisted in a straight answer. Now I am told they are full. When I questioned this I am being told they have an event. No apology nothing. Sounds very suspicious as to why I was not told this beforehand. Is this the way everyone is being treated 🤔
